All the Producer help you could want
We have made provision for the following scenarios:
- a Producer with a single line of business
- a Producer with numerous lines of business
- a person acting as an Agent on behalf of Producers
Irrespective of which scenario applies to your company, you can use the following:

Use this button to add a Producer - Use the icons to the right of a Producer to manage the relevant Producer
View the details of this Producer. You cannot make any changes.
Edit the details of this Producer. Remember to save changes.
Delete/remove this Producer. You will be prompted to confirm before the Producer is removed.
Copy this Producer. You must then change the name of the Producer before you can save the Producer. All the details are copied from the first Producer, making this a quick method to create a new Producer without having to type in all the details again.
A Producer with a single line of business
This type of company will typically have a single Producer listed.A Producer with numerous lines of business
This type of company will typically have a more than one Producer listed. Ensure that you are working with the correct Producer!A person acting as an Agent on behalf of Producers
As an Agent you can create and manage numerous Producers. You can provide unique details for each Producer. Ensure that you are working with the correct Producer!The details you will be entering (all fields marked with * are compulsory)
Producer Name: The name of the company
Address, City, Province, Postalcode: The registered address of the company. We will be using this information to display the location on a map, making it easier for visitors to find.
Origin: The wine producing region. If you enter the Origin here it will be applied to all the Products you enter for this Producer.
Country: The Country in which the wine producing region is located.
VAT Registration no: The company's VAT Registration Number, if applicable.
Surname: The surname of the contact person at the company.
Contact Name: The name of the contact person at the company.
Phone: The phone number for the company.
Office Number: The direct office number for the contact person at the company.
Fax number: If the company has a fax facility, and all else fails, we will use this to contact you.
Email: The company email address of the contact person. This is our preferred method of communication.
Alternate email: People come and go, and so do email addresses. This is just to provide a fallback in case the contact person is no longer working at the company.
Website: Provide us with the address for the website of your company. We use it to provide a link for our visitors to your website.
Year founded: The year the company started producing Products.
Winery notes: Provide a brief overview of the company. We provide this information to visitors of our website.
Winery logo: The logo of the company. We display the logo with the Winery notes.
